Mexican president Calderon bashes America and then is rewarded with billions in foreign aid?

And what is Mexico’s illegal policy toward Americans? American visitors to Mexico who do not provide the proper identification are treated as illegals, and illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years’ imprisonment. If you are unlucky enough to be caught as an illegal a second time it’s 10 years? Yes, the Mexicans will take your money, but you are not welcome.

The Mexican government will bar foreigners from entering the country if they upset “the equilibrium of the national demographics.” How’s that for racial and ethnic profiling?

If outsiders do not enhance the country’s “economic or national interests” or are “not found to be physically or mentally healthy,” they are not allowed to stay.

Those people seeking Mexican citizenship must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.
Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is alien marriage fraud.
Evading deportation is a serious crime; illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years’ imprisonment.

Mexico’s law enforcement officials at all levels are mandated to cooperate to enforce these immigration laws, including illegal alien arrests and deportations. This mandate includes the Mexican military! Oh, but that’s not all! Native-born Mexicans are empowered and encouraged to make citizens’ arrests of illegal aliens and turn them in to the authorities.

The Mexican government maintains a National Population Registry to help the officials track and verify the identity of every member of their population, and all Mexicans must carry a Mexican citizens’ identity card. Non-Mexican visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens (see above).

A plethora of Mexican statutes enshrined in Mexico’s Ley General de Población (General Law of the Population) severely limit the participation of foreign nationals and foreign companies in everything from investment, education, mining and civil aviation to electric energy and firearms. Foreigners have severely limited private property and employment rights (if any). For example, if you are a gringo with money and want to buy a piece of Mexican land, then be advised you can lease it, but you can never own it.

Logically,  the Ley General de Población  specifically states that Non-Mexicans cannot “in any way participate in the political affairs of the country.”

Now compare this with the protesters rally held today in front of the White House. Who was there? The protest rally was repeat with illegals and union representatives – workers of the world unite?

Do not be surprised. The Mexican governments consular offices in the United States have coordinated with statist social justice groups and the Catholic Church leadership once satisfied with demanding a moratorium on all deportations and a freeze on all employment raids across the US are now, with the help of the union management and power, clamoring for open borders.

And one more thing; the Mexican government is not all bad! They grant waivers to those illegals “just passing through” on their way to the land of the gringo. However, if you overstay you waiver you may go to prison.

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
