Drone aircraft in the sky over farms and ranches in America?

Drone aircraft in the sky over farms and ranches in America?

Believe it or not, the EPA has been found to have drone aircraft in the sky over farms and ranches to check on “livestock.”

drones-over-america2012

“A bipartisan group of Capitol Hill lawmakers is pressing EPA Director Lisa Jackson to answer questions about privacy issues and other concerns after the agency used aerial surveillance to monitor livestock operations over their home state of Nebraska.”

The Environmental Protection Agency uses aerial surveillance across a swath of the Midwest known as Section 7 – which  includes Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and  Missouri — and has defended the practice as cost-efficient.”

And for all you Texans who believe that such nonsense would never be tolerated in Texas: The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department in Texas bought its 50-pound, custom-built drone, which takes pictures by day and senses heat sources at night.

Statists imbue with power these un-elected offices, like the EPA, to continue the statist philosophy whether or not they are in elected office.

“Be afraid, very afraid, and NEVER vote for statists!

The TEA Party, Bob Beckle, and Tim McVeigh

The TEA Party, Bob Beckel, and Tim McVeigh

Way before the Oklahoma City bombing, Tim McVeigh told friends in Decker, Michigan, that the Army had implanted a microchip into the muscle of his rear-end so that the government could keep track of him.

McVeigh’s family thought he was weird, and he was unable to establish a relationship with a woman.

Diagnosis: Paranoid Schizophrenia (not “right-wing” zealot).

Do NOT accept the subterfuge Bob Beckel spews out on Fox News (that McVeigh was “right-wing”) and then argue from his premise.

Beckel’s attempt to vilify the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party by implying the membership is made up of people capable of the violent paranoia of the Oklahoma City Bomber is meant for useful idiots (not an educated audience).

Ask Mr. Beckel about the Left’s Occupy Movement who just tried to blow up the bridge in Ohio (one of whom mentioned the Republican National Convention in Tampa as another potential target of their bombing campaign).

“May, 1, 2012, TAMPA, Fla. — Five self-proclaimed anarchists were arrested Monday after allegedly conspiring to blow up a bridge about 15 miles south of Cleveland. Based on statements in the affidavit, not only are the suspects linked to the Occupy movement, but one of them mentioned the Republican National Convention in Tampa as another possible target.”

Blogging For Liberty: President Bush was a statist, but he was not prone to lie.

One of the blonde bomb-shells on Fox News stated that “Mission Accomplished” was Bush’s failed attempt to tell the public the war was won. That was incorrect.

The banner on the deck of the aircraft carrier USS Lincoln on May 1, 2003, referred to the end of that ship’s mission in the Gulf (not Bush’s declaration of victory).

It was the media’s bastardization of that fact that was promulgated around the world to criticize Bush. Apparently, it worked on you too?

In November 2008, Bush said in a CNN interview, “To some, it said, well, ‘Bush thinks the war in Iraq is over,’ when I didn’t think that. It conveyed the wrong message.”

Please, learn the correct story that reflects the facts, and refrain from conveying the wrong message and repeating the lies of the left. Before Obama, the current spendthrift President, President Bush was the biggest spender of all time, and that is unforgivable; however, he was not prone to lie (regardless of what the Democrats say).

The Ideology of Handouts

The Ideology of Handouts

The Statist premise is that poverty is a purely economic problem: the needy simply lack the material resources to lead productive, happy lives (to be accomplished by taking money from the tax payer and giving it to the tax receiver or so-called needy), and anyone who opposes this redistribution is selfish and insensitive. Supply these resources, the theory runs, and you will have solved the problem of poverty.

This simple economic theory of poverty led to a single underlying principle for welfare programs (redistribution). Since the needy just lacked goods and services to become productive members of the community, it followed that all you had to do was give them these things (redistribute wealth). You didn’t have to see that they stopped engaging in the behavior that plunged them into neediness. You didn’t have to ask them to apply themselves, or to work, or to save, or to stop using drugs, or to stop having babies they couldn’t support, or to make any other kind of effort to improve themselves. In other words, the welfare programs the war-on-poverty activists designed embodied something-for-nothing giving, or what we usually call “handouts.”

I recently asked my friend’s daughter what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day.

Both of her parents, liberal Democrats (socialists), were standing there, so I asked her, ‘If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?’ She replied, ‘I’d give food and houses to all the homeless people.’ Her parents beamed with approval.

“Wow…what a worthy goal,” I told her. “But you don’t have to wait until you’re President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and I’ll pay you $50. Then I’ll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house.”

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, “Why doesn’t the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?” “Welcome to the Tea Party.”

While the state of neediness we call poverty does involve a lack of material resources, it also involves a mass of psychological and moral problems, including weak motivation, lack of trust in others, ignorance, irresponsibility, self-destructiveness, short-sightedness, alcoholism, drug addiction, promiscuity, violence, and most important of all risk factors-intelligence (or the lack thereof). To say that all these behavioral and psychological problems can be “abolished” is a denial of the common-sense facts.

Blogging for Liberty: Global Warning, Mount Pinatubo, Glaciers, The Lost Squadron, and Gore 2010

Global Warning, Mount Pinatubo, Glaciers, The Lost Squadron, and Gore 2010

Sulpher dioxide injected into the stratosphere by Mount Pinatubo on the island of Luzon, erupted catastrophically in June 1991 after 460 years of inactivity, caused a 0.5 degree drop in global temperature for over a year.

Michael Crichton’s book “State of Fear”? It raises all the un-PC questions about global warming, no wonder it never made the best seller list. He says that the fear of global warming is being used as a political tool of control.

Himalayan glaciers have been retreating since 1780 — some 70 years before the onset of the current post-Little Ice Age warming trend (that warning trend was over in 1998) and 100 years before the onset of significant global industrialization. Two years ago the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) issued a benchmark report that was claimed to incorporate the latest and most detailed research into the impact of global warming. A central claim was the world’s glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035. However, the claim was recently downgraded to “speculation” and was not supported by any formal research.  In fact, in 2004 and 2005, the retreat slowed to about 12 meters a year, and since September 2007 Gangotri has been “practically at a standstill,” according to the Geological Survey of India.

During the 20th century, for example, while man-made carbon dioxide emissions steadily increased from about 1940 to 1975, global temperatures cooled. Oh, why that can’t be! Well, consider this little factoid:

On July 15, 1942, six P-38 fighters and two B-17 Bombers being flown to Europe about seven months after the United States entered World War II landed on a glacier in Greenland due to bad weather. The flight leader decided the best thing to do was have the entire flight land together before they ran out of fuel.

   x

The crews were rescued within a few days, but the airplanes were left where they stopped and over the years they were covered by ice.  The planes were buried under a layer of ice 268 feet thick- a net gain in snow of approximately 5.4 feet per year since the planes landed. Fifty years and one month after the planes landed, one of the planes was removed from the glacier (1992). It took the better part of a month just to dig the hole in the snow!

Yes, all you AGW believers need to know that Al Gore (currently worth over an estimated $100 million) is getting rich while you are being duped!

Al Gore uses more electricity in his mansion a week than 28 million Ugandans together use in a year!

Al’s jet!

Al’s Nobel Prize!

 Bottom Line:

Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Remember, the next time you hear the mantra “we don’t want tax cuts for the rich” understand that the so-called “rich” are about the only people who pay taxes!

The Internal Revenue Service released data that on closer inspection reveals a very troubling statistic that may auspicate the end of our Republic.

In the year 2002 the top 25% of income earners (defined as all income except Social Security income)  in the United States paid over 83% of all income taxes, and the top 50% paid over 96% of all income taxes! This tax burden was in effect during the Bush era, way before the Obamation started their confiscatory mania!  Can you say property redistribution?

The rhetoric of the Statists (both Democrats and RINOs) is for robbing an even larger percentages of property from the rightful owners with the unspoken but unmistakable purpose of vote buying. Remember, the next time you hear the mantra “we don’t want tax cuts for the rich” the person saying it are either ignorant or statist (by definition both),  and RINO-Republicans are just as guilty as are the Democrats!

The Republic has withstood foreign invaders for over 2 centuries, but it cannot survive  the domestic variety.

Blogging for Liberty: The Great Depression and Progressive deja vu.

Watch this video, and the next time a progressive tells you about the Great Depression you can tell that liberal ignoramus the truth!

As Reagan said, “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”

Unfortunately, the Progressive-run school system is making all of us full of disinformation that isn’t so!

Here is the YouTube link:

http://youtu.be/7QLoeehMw0w

Brief synopsis:

1.  Wars destroy wealth; wars do not create it, and the Great Depression (in the U. S.) did not end until late 1947 or early 1948 (two to three years AFTER the war).

2.  Hoover was a Progressive  interventionist (like FDR) and made the Depression worse and last longer.

3.  FDR “supercharged” the depression and made it a “Great” depression.

4.  For most places in the world the “Great Depression” was not “Great” (long). In Great Britain for example, the “Depression” was over by 1933! Compare that with the depression here that lasted 14 years longer!

Sound familiar?

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
